The instance of employee conflict because some organizations pay high salaries to their employees. Other organization does not pay high salaries due to limited resources then most experienced employees join the organization who pay high salaries. The organization pays high salaries because other organization employees attract high salaries.

Inter-organizational conflict occurs due to competition between two or more organizations. The product quality conflict is healthy competition between two organizations and it is good for organizations and also for customers.

Intra-organizational conflict

Intra-organizational conflict is conflict within the organization, it can be a conflict between different departments, groups, teams. It can be a conflict between Managers, managerial levels, and conflict departments quality.

How to manage Intra-organizational conflict

Intra-organization conflict is not a new issue because it is part of the organization and management understands the situations and resolves accordingly. Organizations need to specify the task for every department, group, team, and the manager then conflict will reduce in the organization. Conflict can increase when task uncertainty is available in the organization.

Intergroup Conflict

Intergroup conflict is a disagreement between two or more groups and their respective members. Although it can take after any type of informal or formal animosity between different groups such as groups in organizations, political groups, religious groups.
