Communication has different types and you can use it according to situations but most important is the seven Cs of communication.  You should learn the use of 7 Cs of communication because your reader/listener should want clarity in your message. The writer should include all the relevant and complete information with facts and figures.

The communication role is essential in our life if you want to succeed then you need to focus on your communication skills because you will face lots of problems in your life which will resolve through communication. Every organization wants new employees which have good communication skills.

The main purpose of clarity is that your message should be clear and the opponent will understand what are you saying. So clarity should necessary in both cases if you do verbal communication or written communication.

How do effective communication with opponent or reader? So you need to use simple words during communication. Because you choose familiar words, short words, and conversational words.

Correctness of Seven Cs Communication

It is essential for effective communication because you should make sure the correctness in communication such as written or spoken. Correctness means that communication is free of error communication.

What types of errors are needed to eliminate? Such as grammatical errors, spelling errors, punctuation, and capitalization errors during communication.

These types of errors in words, figures, and names because if you mistake in figures like you write 5000 instead of 500 so it’s a big mistake.

Conciseness

When you can communicate with your reader in three sentences then don’t write five sentences, because your readers don’t have time to read long sentences. Shot and to the point, communication is better than long discussions.

Consideration

When you communicate with your readers/audiences then you should in mind their education level, mindset, knowledge, opinions, and background. If you write assignments for O Level students and you write assignments like Ph.D. Will they understand the assignments? Therefore, you need to understand the level of your audience.

Concreteness

Your communication should be concrete and include all the facts and figures, if there is any mistake in provided information it should damage your reputation in front of your audience.

Courtesy

Courtesy is necessary for communication whether it’s oral communication or written communication. When you speak politely with others then you get respect from others. The courteous message is impressive and influences others.

Completeness

Your message should be complete and all the relevant information include in your message. All the questions and answers of audiences must available in the message. The message should make as easy as possible for the receiver.

Conclusion

Skills play an important role in our daily life, so without skills, nobody survives in life. But there are many skills but communication skills you need everywhere in your life. Communication types are important but 7 Cs of communication are most important.
